Conditions for Return / Complaints:
1. The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The return must include this form along with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, original warranty card). The products must be returned in perfect condition, including all accessories and original packaging, without any damage, contamination, scratches, or missing parts.
2. The goods can be returned via courier to the address mentioned above or handed over to an authorized person. Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted. The refund will be processed within 14 working days after the goods are received and inspected. Goods that are returned after the deadline, without proof of purchase, or not in perfect condition, will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
3. If a product was mistakenly selected, the customer can contact DENTAMED TRADING SERVICES EOOD to find an individual solution.
4. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a representative of DENTAMED TRADING SERVICES EOOD agrees to cover the shipping costs (e.g., in the case of a wrong or defective product).
5. If the replacement product has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference. DENTAMED TRADING SERVICES EOOD reserves the right to refuse a return and instead offer a refund.
6. Products that require exchange must first be returned to the specified address before the exchange can be processed.
